Hello Sooke Minor Fastball Parents and Pitchers,

We will be running 8 indoor pitching clinic sessions for our young players interested in learning to pitch and for those inexperienced pitchers who would like more guidance.
Dates: Saturdays – Jan 16, 23  Feb 6, 13, 20, 27th and March 6th (Note: no clinic on Jan 30th)
Time:  12:00pm-1:00pm
Location: JDF Recreation Centre Turf (old curling rink)
Age of pitchers: Birth year 2014 and older
Instructor: Terri Boizard

Cost: No charge to members that plan to play for Sooke in the 2021 season.
You will have to sign up each week for the upcoming session as there maybe more players who interested than spots available.

Registration: Please email terriboizard@gmail.com no earlier than the Monday prior. (Ie: No earlier then 12:01am Monday Jan 4th for the session on Saturday Jan 9th)
It will be a “first email first serve” each week.

Important: To ensure social distancing a maximum of 10 pitchers per session.

Each pitcher must bring their own catcher. If a catcher is a minor (18 or younger) they must wear a catchers mask, infielders mask or similar.

Covid safety protocols will be in place. All people entering the Community Hall will be screened and must sanitize their hands. They will be checked off a list for contact tracing.  We will have volunteers that wipe down high touch areas pre and post each session.

Sooke Minor Fastball is happy to offer this free clinic to our young pitchers to encourage development.

Many thanks to Terri Boizard our Director of Player Development for facilitating this clinic.
